What is You said, We Did?
You said, we did are patient suggestions or idea's on how we can improve the service or services we provide. It is not always possible to implement every suggestion made but as a surgery we promise to review all suggestions and ideas providing structured feedback or changes where required.
Patient suggestions
You Said - The surgery's website looks slightly dated and lacks up to date and relevant content. It would be nice to see an improved website which keeps patients informed and highlights the services offered.
We Did - A meeting was held with the patient participation group to gain feedback on the different types of content needed for our website. From the feedback provided the Practice manager along with the IT lead reviewed and amended the current layout of the surgery website to make it brighter, contain more information about our GPs special interests, nursing staff interests and provide more information options we believe will be useful to our patients.
You Said - As a new or exsisting patient it would be nice to have a practice leaflet which provides patients with high level information about the surgery and the services we provide.
We Did - Due to recent changes the current practice leaflet was slightly out of date. In order to provide up to date and accurate information we are currently working on a new practice leaflet which will be available Mid June in reception and on our surgery website.
